ND Swine Flu Count Up to 57 (KFYR-TV Bismarck) North Dakota`s swine flu count has changed little in the past week, with only four new cases reported. State health officials say the count stands at 57 cases in 14 counties, including 21 males and 36 females. The state Health Department says two of the victims have been hospitalized.
